So many of your products look like food! What if my child eats something? Are they edible?
DISH products are made with natural, safe and generally edible ingredients for the most part, so they will not hurt anyone who eats them, however, they are not intended to be edible (Why would anyone want to eat their bath products anyway?) They will not taste good, and may foam and or fizz in the mouth, and you may have a screaming child on your hands.. This is why all the DISH labels say "Do not eat" and "Keep out of reach of children". (If the child is too young to read or to understand, that is). Kids LOVE DISH products, but they do need to understand that they are not to eat.

I have dry, sensitive skin. What bath product would be best for me?
All DISH Bath Bombes are full of moisturizing Cocoa and Shea butters. The most moisturizing are the Cheesecakes, and you will not need lotion afterwards.

I have dry, flaky skin. What do you suggest?
First thing is to exfoliate off all those dead skin cells! We have several to choose from, check out Chiffon Salt Glow and Scrumptious. Many of our bath products are so rich with moisturizers that you won't need any lotion at all, but if you still want extra moisture, try the DISH Frappe', it is amazing!

Your products look so fun, but I am sensitive to fragrances. Do you have any that I can use and enjoy?
Yes we have many! Check out our Unscented products, and keep in mind that most of our scents are therapeutic Essential Oils which are known to be healing, naturally derived from plants and flowers, which react differently than artificial fragrances.

What is the difference between Essential Oils and fragrances?
Essential oils are derived from natural plant essences, and have a positive effect on the body and olfactory systems. They have proven to be healing and therapeutic. Naturopathic healers often use Essential Oils in their treatments for a multitude of ailments, and regular use promotes good health. Fragrances are synthetically manufactured, and even though they are generally safe and smell good, they are not therapeutic in any other way than that they smell good.

I don't like that greasyť feel that so many products leave. What do you have that really sinks in?
DISH Frappe' sinks in after only a few minutes, and leaves your skin lusciously soft and smooth. DISH Beauty Serum is also amazing, and generally used on the face, but can be used anywhere on the body with fantastic results.

Is a milk bath really good for you, and if so, why? Can I just dump some milk into my bath?
Yes, milk really is good in the bath. The lactic acid in milk is an alpha hydroxy acid, a natural exfoliant and gentle cleanser that works wonders in taking off dead skin cell layers, leaving your skin fresh, soft and smooth. Of course you can dump a gallon of milk into your tub, but we suggest DISH Buttermilk Bath with real strawberries, as it is easier, smells delicious (much better than a gallon of milk!) and the vitamin C in strawberries is an anti-oxidant, which helps renew skin cells without irritation.

What can I use on my baby? Are bath bombes OK?
For BABY, we suggest DISH Buttermilk Bath, as it is incredibly gentle for baby's soft, delicate skin. DISH bath bombes contain all natural ingredients, many of which are edible, such as baking soda, citric acid (found in fruits), cocoa butter, and Shea butter. Check out our Unscented products.

I am sensitive to most soaps. What makes yours any different?
All of our Soaps are made with pure, natural ingredients and are rich in soothing Shea Butter. Shea Butter is the oil from the seeds of the wild Shea tree in Africa. Recent studies have found that Shea Butter helps protect against UV rays, enhances cell regeneration and capillary circulation, prevents wrinkle formation, helps prevent and minimize stretch marks and scar tissue, soothes irritation, chapping and inflammation, and moisturizes the epidermis. We use unrefined Shea Butter, which has the maximum amount of healing nutrients, as it is not stripped of vital nutrients during the chemical refinement process.

What is the shelf life of your products?
Up to 2 years. But why leave it setting on the shelf? You should be using your DISH products! Unless, of course you're using your favorite Bath Bombe as a room freshener.
