Our Policy
Order Processing and Shipping Times
All order payments are processed immediately (subject to credit approval). Following successful payment approval, we strive to have your package shipped as quickly as possible. DISH products are fresh and handmade using the most natural raw materials available. We do not keep a large amount of Finished Goods Inventory on hand at any time so you will be getting the freshest possible product. It may take up to 4 business days in some instances to make, package and ship your product to you. Bridal Orders may take up to one full week.

Order Cancellation and Changes
We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed via our website or by telephone. If you email us with instructions to cancel your order, we cannot guarantee that this cancellation will be processed as requested. If you have a question about your order, please contact us via email and quote your order number.

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us via email. Do not return any items until you have received a return authorization number and proper instructions. If you qualify for an online credit, exchange, or refund, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Carrier and Charges
All Shipping charges are based on the type of service selected, the weight of the shipment and the delivery destination. Our carrier of choice is Federal Express.

Shipment Tracking
Shipment tracking is a service provided by Federal Express for the delivery of your package. Our system will automatically send you an email with your tracking number.

Special Instructions for Delivery
We cannot accommodate special instructions for delivery such as leaving at the side door or leaving with the concierge that are entered by customers in the comment field of the order page.

Change of Shipping Address
We cannot accommodate shipping address changes once an order has been placed and confirmed by email as processed. The receiver must contact FedEx directly and notify them of the change. FedEx requires that the receiver provide the tracking number for their package to complete the address change.

Special Handling of Undeliverable Packages
The purchaser will be responsible for payment of all charges, including, but not limited to, forwarding, disposal, or return transportation charges, as well as any duty and tax, if applicable.

Waiver
FedEx does not reimburse for frozen or melted product or any damaged liquid product. If you are shipping to either an area prone to freezing temperatures, or a very warm climate, it is your responsibility to ensure that there is someone at your shipping address to accept the package. DISH does not accept responsibility for products that are melted or frozen after they leave our warehouse.

Privacy Policy
Your personal information deserves protection. You can visit our website without registering or providing any personal information, but you will need to register when you want to make a purchase. The personal information requested is necessary to process your order.

Your personal information is used to:
-Build your account with DISH
-Process, personalize and deliver your orders
-Build your American Airlines DISH Miles Club account
-Mail/Email company information

Reader Reviews
We require some information (your name and e-mail address) when you submit a Reader Review. These reviews are accessible to all website visitors, however your email address is not. DISH reserves the right to edit or remove any Reader Reviews that are deemed, at our sole discretion, to be offensive, illegal or inappropriate in any way for the website.

How does DISH protect my personal information?
Personal information taken when you place an order goes through a secure server and is encrypted. Shipped packages do not contain receipts with your full payment information/credit card number on them.

Does DISH use "Cookies"?
